I have lived in my house my whole life. My parents and siblings moved in before I was born but the time had come for me to downsize and move out of the family home as I had been on my own for over 20 years in a four bedroom house. I was so nervous and anxious about it all but Christine at Moving Estate Agents made it bearable, She came to the house and got a good feel for it so that if an interested buyer asked her a question she wasn't just reading an answer off a sheet but had actually been here and understood the house. It made such a difference to me and much more comfortable about selling. She wrote a lovely blurb about the house and yet was honest and had the home report easily accessible for buyers with nothing hidden, The photos that Gavin took were fabulous and I will always keep them to remember my house by,She was upfront(there was a lot of work to be done to the house) and I think prospective buyers appreciate that, If I was ever moving again(which I won't be!) I would use Moving Estate Agents. I appreciate even more now as am looking for somewhere to buy and some estate agents online are not easy to understand and involve callbacks which just puts me off. Why can they not be like Moving Estate Agents and put all the honest info out there which allows you to make quick informed decisions both as a seller and a buyer. Thanks again Christine.
